Day 11 already!!!!
I have been blogging on my phone for the past 4 days so I have been unable to upload my pictures or video as I would have liked to...but it's ok I'm fighting to stay in this challenge 1/3 of the way there!
Practice: 1hr
My voice felt over worked from singing at cafe wha last night and having almost an entire day of singing before that so I needed to take it easy today...
My transitions into higher pitches are what seem to be halting me so I have been wPeking on my cry voice as well as the lip trills primarily. (I have to say I am getting better at the lip trills I could almost feel my neck relax completely when I'm singing now)
I also realized that confidence plays a huge role in the ability to sing higher notes without straining...I realized that singing yesterday
The crowd at cafe wha were extremely supportie
I felt confident because they had confidence in me also
My
Mentor was there and some really good friends
Also so I felt a Little stronger in my resolve.
The aids walk is this Sunday so please come out and support and walk for
A cause. Also there is an aids benefit on Monday so try to come I'll leave more details tomorrow hopefully I will have a CPU to use again!!!
Singing out with just a little more confidence :).
